Learning Edge began with a simple frustration: participants could leave a workshop energised, then return to the same leadership, systems, and routines. Perthpal Singh Khosa built the company to make the change last beyond the room.

During a major culture transformation project, Perthpal watched strong programme energy disappear when leaders and teams returned to unchanged routines. The insight became Learning Edge's operating standard: if systems, leadership behaviours, reinforcement loops, and measurement do not change, training will not hold.
Today, Learning Edge combines diagnostics, creative learning journeys, senior facilitation, coaching, workplace application, and post-programme measurement for organisations across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
