The Wellness Hour is a program which is part of our brown bag series of programs. In this program, we deliver a one hour talk one various topics related to wellness.

Methodology:
The Wellness Hour will incorporate presentations of the most up to date facts and research on health in the Malaysian scene. Participants will also be engaged in active question and answer sessions throughout the seminar.
