The unemployment problem in Malaysia is accurately summarised by Professor Vijay Govindarajan – Professor at the Tuck School of Management – “People in emerging markets while often talented, suffer from what we call last mile employability, they lack communication skills, don’t know how to work in teams, are extremely theoretical and taught to be overly obedient. our METHODOLOGY

In this program, participants will be exposed to group and individual challenges, assignments, fitness workshops, games, lectures and presentations.

Participants will also go through a host of surveys and profiling tools that will give great insights into their leadership capabilities, communication skills, prioritisation abilities and their personality. Another learning optimisation tool will be a prescription of book summaries that has to be read by the participants and a presentation of the findings from the book at the end of the program.

All of these tools are intended to help graduates identify their areas of
improvement, hence in return will help organisations make
well-informed decisions on employment.
